Exceptional flat in 19th district This apartment is great, but don't expect all of the things they list in the description—it is not on the second floor, but the ground floor/rez-de-chaussée. There is no bathtub or smoke detectors either. I was never given a mailbox for the entirety of my stay even after they said they would provide one. Otherwise, this apartment is great.
