In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and to ensure that hygiene and safety conditions are guaranteed for all, we ask you to read and accept these rules:

Duration of the rental :
The accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation, determined in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a client claim any right to stay in the accommodation outside this period.

Arrival and departure: they will be done according to the rules and schedules defined beforehand and according to the process of inventory of fixtures (handing-over and return of the keys, inventories, signature, handing-over and signature of the internal regulations).
The cleaning must be done before your departure. If not, you will be charged for it.

Equipment provided
This accommodation is rented with bedding (slats and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to cover the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels...) are provided on request.
Please bring garbage bags, sponges, coffee filters, etc. and any other commercial supplies.

Use of the premises
All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in perfect condition and keep them clean.
The flat is NON-SMOKING, shoes must be removed at the entrance, no shoes in the flat (living room, bedroom, bathroom)
Parties are forbidden and the residence must be kept quiet.
Animals are not allowed.
The supply of water, electricity and heating is included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave doors and windows open if you are using the heating.
All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, except toilet paper. You will be charged for any failure to do so.
Each door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Please make sure that you lock them when you leave the premises. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.

Safety and good manners
Please respect the tranquillity of the premises and use them in accordance with their purpose. The volume of noise, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. In the event of a conflict or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the disturbance.
For the respect of the neighbourhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 pm and before 8 am.
It is strictly forbidden to use candles or matches in the accommodation.
In case of emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance, 17 for the police).

Cleaning :
A cleaning lady is included in the rental price for regular cleaning (bi-monthly presence).
A cleaning fee will apply at the end of the stay, if the client has not chosen to clean the premises himself or if an inventory of fixtures after the client's departure indicates that the cleaning was insufficient.
In this case, the cleaning package (the amount of which is indicated in the contract) includes the cleaning of the rooms and the household linen. However, please ensure that the accommodation is not left in a state of disarray, in particular by tidying up the furniture, objects and crockery.

Household waste:
Bins are available for your use. Please respect the sorting rules: yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; green bin for household waste. When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins and return them clean.
