December 2021Good apartment with everything you’d need. Although 4 tables was unnecessary for one person and a waste of space that could be used for a sofa for example.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

Everything was great except: a lot of owners stuff was left, because of that it was very bad smell. And all cabinets in the kitchen was full with greasy stuff - plates, cups etc. Were very dirty. I needed to buy my pan and cutting board. I had to clean everything.
The neighbours were super nice!!
