Description

Furnished and fully equipped flat in a recent and secure residence. A residence manager is on site for your peace of mind. Acoustic and thermal reinforcement throughout the flat. Very well served by public transport (200 metres from the "Hôpital Pasteur" tram terminus) and close to shops, the residence is very well located.

Composed of a living room with a kitchen area, a sleeping area (a double bed), an office and a bathroom with shower, this T1 can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. The flat has free wifi access and a balcony. It is fully furnished in a modern style. Bed linen is provided and changed every 15 days with a clean linen kit. However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided.

During your stay you can take advantage of all the services of the residence:
- fitness room with free access
- laundry room with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board
- living room with cable TV, table football and vending machines for drinks and sweets
