Located in the hyper centre of Grenoble, on the 1st floor with a courtyard and without a lift, this spacious 25m² studio is composed of :
- a large living room with an integrated kitchenette;
- a bathroom with bath and toilet.

The flat has a sleeping area: a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.

Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as a television, a free wifi connection, kitchen equipment (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, microwave), storage space, bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

By public transport: Victor Hugo stop (trams A and B) to come from the station and move around easily.
You can explore the city and the district on foot or by bicycle.
