I rent my flat in its entirety. Five minutes' walk from the sea, it is located in Nice's Carré d'Or district, in a pretty Art-Deco building in one of the city's most beautiful streets: Boulevard Victor Hugo. This lively thoroughfare, shaded by plane trees, is renowned for its peace and quiet, its gentle way of life and its beauty, with the superb facades of its middle-class buildings and gardens.

With a surface area of 34m2, the flat has a pleasant, fully-furnished living room (quality Poltronesofa sofa bed, flat-screen TV with several channels, fibre-optic high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, etc.), a large fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dining area with 4 chairs/high stools, large fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, work surface, etc.), a well-equipped and decorated bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe) and a bathroom with toilet, shower and linen.
