If you come for a business trip, you will appreciate the location of our residence, located a few minutes from Bordeaux-Merignac airport and close to business space Espace Mérignac Phare.
Composed of a room with double bed (160 * 190) and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and toilet, this is studio 20sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, a cooker hood and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to late September. An end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
You can arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes.
In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
