This accommodation is only available for rent for students.

Composed of a room with pull out bed and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (160*190) a bathroom with bath and toilet, this apartment is 27sqm. It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, a cooker hood and everything you'll need for cooking. The apartment is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wifi access.

The residence offers a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to late September. An end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).

You can arrive at the time you want thanks to a system of residence access code. The reception is open until 8 pm on weekdays and 5 pm on weekends. If you plan to arrive after these hours please contact the residence so they communicate these access codes.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

*Student* 1BR apt Correct dans l’ensemble , cependant le niveau d’usure de l’appartement était vraiment avancé. Une mention particulière pour l’équipe sur place qui est très disponible !
Mauvaise pour le parking qui après 19h est complet .
Établissement à petit prix , donc la clientèle en est le reflet..
Si vous souhaitez utiliser les machine à laver , pensez à vous rendre 5 min avant la fin du cycle de votre machine à laver si vous ne voulez pas vous retrouvez avec un inconnu qui débarrasse vos affaires.
