The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

The apartment was perfectly located. The building was very nice and clean. There is an elevator to reach the fourth floor which was always very helpful. Augustin was always willing to help as whenever we needed and had a great attitude. The apartment is big and has a lot of natural light. The only thing I would change is that the shower didn’t work properly.
