A corner wall separates the main room from the fully equipped kitchen with wall units, low saucepan, pyrolysis oven, hood with charcoal filters, stainless steel hood base and induction hob with 3 burners, resin sink, washing machine, bottle rack and fridge with freezer compartment. A microwave, electric coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and meat grill make up the majority of the equipment available. There is a cupboard for the hoover and bulky utensils. A large window illuminates this L-shaped kitchen area.
A dry inertia radiator heats the whole area. A television is installed on an articulated arm.
A parking space is dedicated to the studio and bears the N° 19
