Furnished and fully equipped apartment in a recent and secure residence. A residence manager is on site for your serenity. Very well served by public transport (bus stops 6 and 88 at the foot of the residence, bus stops 16, 89 and 90 at 3 minutes walk) and close to shops (supermarket "LIDL" at 200 meters) the residence is very well located. You will be only 10 minutes by bus from the historical center of the city.

Composed of a living room with a kitchen area, a sleeping area (double bed in 120), an office and a bathroom with shower, this T1 can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. Bed linen is provided. However, please bring your own towels as they are not provided.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the services of the residence:
