Studio near promenade des Anglais Ignace was very helpful for us. We complained about the lack of pans and fan in the studio (which is basically a room in a old house). He promptly provided. He also adviced us that the place would be too small for two persons but we didn't had other choice. I don't recommend the place for more than one person and also for more than one month. However, again, Ignace was very trustful on all our queries and negotiation.
