Composed of a cooking area with kitchen, of a sleeping area with a small double bed (140cm) and a desk, and of a bathroom with shower, this apartment can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way. However, PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS because these are not supplied.
During your stay you can enjoy all the services of the residence :

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

STUDIO COSY (city centre)
C'est mon fils qui occupe le studio.
Il est indiqué dans le contrat que "des kits de linge de maison sont proposés et renouvelés". Apparemment le linge n'a pas été renouvelé depuis plus d'un mois.
D'autre part, il semble y avoir un problème avec le chauffe-eau. A la réception, on lui a dit de prendre contact avec EDF. Or le contrat que j'ai passé avec EDF est le contrat de base, sans distinction jour-nuit. Le problème ne vient donc pas d'EDF...
