Just 10 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux, close to Bordeaux international airport and the main roads of Bordeaux, our residence offers comfortable flats that will allow you to spend a pleasant stay at the gates of Bordeaux.

Practical and comfortable, this studio apartment has been designed to offer you optimal living space and layout. With a surface area of 22m², this flat includes a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a 140 cm double bed and an independent bathroom. You can enjoy free wifi and flat screen TV with TNT in the flat. You will benefit from a free parking space with your accommodation.

Pets are allowed with an extra charge to be paid on site. During your stay, you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and buffet breakfast).

A weekly cleaning, including a change of linen, is included. Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.

ARRIVAL :
The reception is open from 7 am to 10 pm from Monday to Sunday. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.

Studio with TV & Wifi J’ai passé un agréable séjour bon accueil réactif à chacun de nos besoins.
Logement propre, équipé comme stipulé dans l’annonce.
De plus son emplacement était proche de toit centre commercial, restaurant transports.
Pour moi c’est une bonne note que je leur mets.

Studio with TV & Wifi Les 20 premières minutes dans cet appart hôtel se sont très mal passées. On m'as donné les clés d'un appartement qui ne ressemblais pas à l'annonce, où logeaient des ouvriers du bâtiment qui te relookent à ton passage. Il y avait du sang sur les murs des couloirs. Devant y passer 5 mois, j'ai du demander un autre appartement où je pourrais me sentir plus en sécurité. Ils ont été très réactifs et compréhensifs. J'ai finalement passé un bon séjour.
