March 2023Entrée dans les lieux avec près de deux heures de retard de la personne en charge. État des lieux d’entrée facturé mais jamais remis, balcon sale, à l’arrivée, manquait clef d’accès à l’escalier, d’où impossibilité d’accéder à l’appartement quand l’ascenseur est bloqué, ce qui arrive souvent
