Thomas D. May 2021 STUDIO 35 SQM One would be hard-pressed to find a better location in Rouen. The apartment is located in an adorable neighbourhood in the historical city centre on a quiet pedestrian street, full of interesting little shops and charming old buildings. The owners are very pleasant people. The property is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessities. A very good value and highly recommended.

David G. June 2020 STUDIO 35 SQM Le studio est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Rouen dans une rue piètonne du quartier des antiquaires. Il est très calme car situé dans une cour intérieure d'un hôtel particulier. Ce studio est très fonctionnel et vaste (cuisine aménagé, tv internet, douche..). La propriétaire est très sympa et sait s'adapter sur la location. L'appartement est très propre, rien ne manque. Très bon rapport qualité prix, je conseille vivement ce bien à tous.
Edoardo M. April 2020 STUDIO 35 SQM Très bon séjour et emplacement très central, bien relié aux transports publics. L’appartement est bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour un moyen/long séjour. Propriétaire accueillante et toujours présente même en cas d’urgence. Je le recommande.
