Il est confortable, bien équipé et l'emplacement est idéal - à deux pas du métro Pont Cardinet et proche de tous les commerces. La communication avec Nathalie était excellente. Merci encore Nathalie d'avoir rendu nos premiers mois à Paris si agréables.

July 2021 Apartment of 34sqm Paris 17th L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec tous les magasins nécessaires autour (grand carrefour, Franprix...), à côté des métros et le quartier est safe. L’appartement est très propre, tout équipé (machine à laver, micro-ondes, vaisselles...), bien agencé, avec beaucoup de charme, de rangements, et au calme. La chambre est très agréable et le lit confortable. Gros plus : Nathalie est adorable, joignable à tout moment et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Je vous le recommande à 200% !

If ever I had a question or a query she would reply immediately and was very helpful. Nathalie gave me a very warm welcome, demonstrated the whole apartment to me, and showed me briefly around the local area. The apartment was very clean and has a great mixture of modern facilities and old wooden beams. The flat felt very safe and is in a great location.

Seul petit bémol, le prix un peu élevé compte tenu de la taille du logement et hors charges (électricité et gaz).
Je recommande néanmoins cet appartement à la location.
