Katia R. June 2024 François, doesn’t want to return my rent deposit of 730€ he did this to my other roommates. To pay for cleaning I understand you have to clean, BUT 730€
Another issue with this building, someone goes poop in the staircase of the inside of the building, this happened 4 times during my 8 months stay.Also the apartment is freezing cold.The floor was bad it was like there had a flood and the floor was raised, he said he was going to fix it , but he never fixed it.
