You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival (including the sofa bed).
I encourage the autonomy of the travellers by a key box system that allows you to arrive late or leave early. Don't worry though, I live in Grenoble and can be reached :)
Hyper center, pedestrian area, street located between the 2 historical streets of Grenoble: Grande Rue and Lafayette Street. You will find there the Grenoble life :) Lots of shops, restaurants and 2 steps away from the famous Place Grenette (which is getting a makeover this spring to better welcome you) and its cafes, terraces and the Galeries Lafayette.
Les Halles covered market 3 min walk away: delicious products to discover in a historic building!
City garden and its shaded terraces in summer (to be preferred to the very hot Place Grenette!).
The oldest restaurant in Grenoble nearby : La Table Ronde since 1739 !
Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks: Lafayette car park (3 min walk) or at the Museum car park (5 min walk, higher).
By tram: stop Sainte Claire les Halles, tram B at 3 min walk (train station/presqu'île-centre-city centre-university) or stop Hubert Dubedout, tram B but also A at 4 min walk (train station-centre-city centre-Chavant-Echirolles/Grand Place).
Otherwise on foot, ideal for visiting the historic centre of Grenoble!
The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you make your reservation.
