This charming and tastefully decorated 110 m² flat is located on the 1st floor of a building with lift. It includes :
- a spacious living-dining room,
- two bedrooms with a queen-size bed (160 cm) each,
- one bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- high chair, baby bed
- hoover, ironing equipment, washing machine, hair dryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

A management fee of 10% of the total rent up to a maximum of 1430€ will be charged before you move in.
A cleaning fee of 384€ and an inventory of fixtures fee of 330€ will be added.

For a bit of culture, you will have the MAMAC (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) at 5 min or the Nice Opera at 8 min. Finally, if you are looking for a moment of relaxation, you will be a 5 minute walk from the beaches and for some nautical activities, the Port of Nice will be about 10 minutes away.

Flat in the heart of Old Nice The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, very convenient but also can be loud at night, although the bedrooms are very quiet. The owners are fantastic, but the property management was very disorganized and unresponsive. We stayed for the whole school year and it was a lovely place to call home.
