Welcome to our residence located in the heart of the beautiful city of Marseille, in Provence. Nestled just 5 minutes' walk from Prado beach, our establishment offers a comfortable retreat for travellers looking for an experience that combines relaxation, leisure and proximity to the city's main attractions.

Our studios are perfect for two people. Each studio has a double or two single beds or a sofa bed, LCD TV, safe, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, crockery, dishwasher and cooking utensils, balcony and bathroom with bath and toilet. All our studios are air-conditioned, soundproofed and have free Wi-Fi access.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of 2.16€ per person/per night must be paid directly to the residence.
