In the city center of Grenoble, at the foot of Tram C and E, close to all shops and restaurants, this 50 m² loft entirely renovated in an industrial style will seduce you with its spacious, quiet and brightness.
It is located on the ground floor, at the end of a courtyard, but is nevertheless very bright and enjoys a quiet area in the town centre.
It consists of a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a very spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Fans.

You have access to the whole apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival (including the sofa bed)!

I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Located in the hyper center of Grenoble, 2 steps from the train station in a quiet street, it is a very lively area, rich in shops and restaurants of all kinds: a supermarket, a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy 5 minutes walk.
You reach in 5 to 10 minutes on foot the historical center of the city with its pedestrian streets, its many shops, bars, restaurants.
The daily market of the nearby Estacade is a real plus.

To get around, the tram lines A, B and E stop "Alsace-Lorraine" are 3 minutes walk from the building!
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

The cleaning charges include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
