Description

This nice fully equipped studio is located close to the Health Center La Timone in Marseille, the residence is ideal for a stay in Marseille.

A well equipped and well equipped studio:
- Trundle bed (two single beds 80 / 200cm)
- Kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, crockery
- 1 TV
- Internet WIFI included
- 1 office

Electricity is included in the rent for rentals less than 3 months. Beyond that, the tenant will have to take the subscription to his name (+/- 30 €).
Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Marseille. Close to all amenities and in a very quiet area.

The accommodation will be completely at your disposal.
You will have unlimited access to the WIFI and the fitness room of the residence.

In case of need I am present on the residence from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 17h. If you want to arrive after 17h please tell me and I will give you the key code to retrieve the keys to the housing.

- 8 minutes walk from the Timone stop of metro line 1
- 10 mn from Metro Line 1 of Saint Charles train station

Depending on availability you can benefit from a parking space for a price € 7 per night.

For stays from 1 month, a deposit of 300 € will be required. It will be charged by bank pre-authorization upon arrival in the accommodation.
