This nice fully equipped studio is located close to the Health Center La Timone in Marseille, the residence is ideal for a stay in Marseille.

- Internet WIFI included
- 1 office
Electricity is included in the rent for rentals less than 3 months. Beyond that, the tenant will have to take the subscription to his name (+/- 30 €).
Very clean and comfortable it will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in Marseille. Close to all amenities and in a very quiet area.
The accommodation will be completely at your disposal.
You will have unlimited access to the WIFI and the fitness room of the residence.
In case of need I am present on the residence from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 14h to 17h. If you want to arrive after 17h please tell me and I will give you the key code to retrieve the keys to the housing.

June 2022A mon arrivée le dimanche soir logement sans électricité, j'ai due contacter edf à 22h pour en avoir. Morning a pu régler le problème qu'en fin de semaine mais m'a fait un geste commercial sur le parking.
Logement propre pratique, confortable, très bien situé par rapport à la fac de médecine et les CHU timone et conception.
Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de clim car lors de forte chaleur l'appartement est une fournaise.
Je le recommande quand même pour un étudiant -

The apartment was exactly as showed in the photos, the building is in a very good position, really close to the hospital and the university. You can also easily get to the supermarkets and the metro station with a 10 minutes walk.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
