Give my notice or cancel my rental
The objective here is to accompany you and show you how, step by step, from your MorningCroissant account, give your notice on a current rental or cancel your rental that has not yet started.
For more information on our cancellation & notice policy, calculation of notice periods and refund levels, please visit our dedicated page : Cancellation and notice.
1. Advance notice during the rental period
For all rentals on MorningCroissant, you have the possibility to give notice (give your notice) to the lessor at any time during the rental period by respecting a notice period of 1 calendar month.
Termination of the rental contract will only become effective at the end of the notice period of 1 month following the date of notification of the leave, period during which you remain liable for rent and charges.
2. Cancellation before the start of the rental period
For any rental of less than one year with a date to date lease (civil law lease or mobility lease), the Tenant may cancel the rental before the date of entry into the premises by giving 1 calendar month's notice.
More information on this page : Cancellation and notice.
And for even more reading on the subject, here's our great blog article (in French) Location : tout savoir sur le congé et le préavis :-)
