How to contact the owner

Before sending a rental request and consequently prior to paying for it, you can contact the owner to ask any question about of the property he is offering. To do that just click on the “Contact the owner” button on the corresponding property page. This will create an automated availability request that you will find on your account under My account > My messages.
 
If you have already sent a message to the owner, you can communicate with him through "My account > Inbox" where you will find all your conversations.
If you have never sent a message to the owner but you made a rental request, you can communicate with him through "My account > Bookings" by clicking on "Contact Owner" corresponding to the booking.

You will be notified by email each time an owner replies and you will be able to retrieve the message in your My Account > My messages.
